金鶯隊陳偉殷台北時間16日上午7時將對費城人隊先發，這是殷仔生涯首度對上費城人，費城人是本季全大聯盟攻擊力較弱的球隊，戰績也最差，因此陳偉殷要好好把握，全力爭取這場勝投。

費城人目前戰績22勝42敗，最近6連敗，不僅在國家聯盟東區排名最後，而且是全大聯盟戰績最爛的球隊。全隊打擊率2成40，在大聯盟排名第27名，全壘打36支，是倒數第一名，由於攻擊力較弱，全隊得分197分，也是倒數第一名。

費城人陣中，僅Jeff Francoeur、Ben Revere過去曾對戰陳偉殷，其中Jeff Francoeur對殷仔10打數3安打包括2支二壘打，有1分打點，Ben Revere則是4打數1安打。Ryan Howard本季有11轟，打擊率2成36、打點28分，是陳偉殷最需嚴加防範的打擊好手。

陳偉殷本季戰績2勝4敗、防禦率3.21，6月11日對紅襪先發5局失2分，拿到本季第2勝，也中止了最近的3連敗。費城人隊由Aaron Harang先發，他本季戰績4勝7敗、防禦率3.04。
